CANCELLATION POLICY

At DreasChair, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a spot. No-Call, No-Show: If you miss your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged 20% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.
